2 Submission of Certifications
Submitting certification details from graded sports cards initiates the quoting process. Customers provide accurate certification numbers for review by IBUYSLABS.
3 Quoting Process
Generating quotes based on submitted certifications, allowing customers to accept, reject, or counter all, some, or none of the offered amounts.
4 Shipping and Review
Shipping accepted cards to IBUYSLABS remains the customer’s responsibility. Once received review process to verify condition and accuracy ensures compliance with quoted certifications, with payment being processed within 24 hours of verification. Payment sent, does not imply all funds are ready for use. Each payment platform/bank have different requirements and processing times. Please check with these providers for more information on when funds will be available for use after issued.
5 Eligible Items
Purchasing only undamaged, untampered graded cards with active certifications. Declining cards with cracked slabs, damage, or deactivated certifications.
6 Ownership and Authenticity
Promising ownership of submitted cards by the submitting customer, confirming cards are not stolen, fake, or counterfeit upon certification submission.
7 Liability
Assuming no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. Requiring customers to handle shipping and insurance fully.
8 Payment Responsibility
Ensuring correct payment method submission by customers. Relieving IBUYSLABS and its parent company of liability for funds lost due to incorrect payment details.
9 Jurisdiction
Resolving all legal disputes in the Courts of Idaho, reflecting IBUYSLABS’ base location.
10 General Provisions
Reserving the right to update these terms, notifying users of changes. Continuing use of the site implies acceptance of revised terms.
